Jack in the Box is a fast-food chain with locations in 18 states. There is nothing healthy for a vegetarian at Jack in the Box. Alright, there is the side salad, but not surprisingly, there are not a single vegetarian lunch or dinner entrée. The saving grace for Jack in the Box for the vegetarian, if there is one, is the fact that they serve breakfast all day.
Even still, all their breakfast sandwiches contain meat. This simply means that the vegetarian has to request the sandwich with no meat, for which you are of course still paying.
George and my favorite is the egg and cheese biscuit. The price varies slightly from location to location for an individual biscuit, generally being somewhere between $2.20 and $2.50 for the biscuit, and sticking around $3.69 for a breakfast meal, which includes the biscuit, an order of hash browns and an orange juice.
Jack in the Box also has a crazy number of side dishes that are vegetarian, although there is nothing vegan here, and still nothing healthy save the side salad.
We generally find ourselves at Jack in the Box when we are driving somewhere and ‘need’ fast food. George and I can do ‘breakfast’ at Jack in the Box at any time in the day for less $10 total. We have also had a few of their sides over the years as snacks, and enjoy their milkshakes from time to time.
So, if you find yourself traveling in the western or southwestern United States, and are in need of a quick meal, Jack in the Box is a viable option for you. As long as you don’t stop by Jack in the Box expecting something healthy or sophisticated, the vegetarian can do fine here. The vegan, however, cannot.

Keep in mind that the shakes can have 70 grams of fat in them. You can validate this on the burger king web site.
